Une campagne répondant à la volonté de faire évoluer les stéréotypes sur le handicap
La campagne itinérante poursuit l’objectif de faire évoluer les représentations et les stéréotypes relatifs au handicap. Il s’agit ainsi de sensibiliser, d’informer et de former l’ensemble des agents du ministère de la Justice et des libertés afin, notamment, de permettre l’amélioration de l’intégration des travailleurs en situation de handicap, de favoriser leur recrutement et leur maintien dans l'emploi.
Cette campagne est également un lieu d’écoute et de rencontre avec les personnes en situation de handicap et les correspondants handicap.
Une campagne se présentant sous la forme d’une caravane itinérante
Cette caravane se déplacera dans six villes de France suivant le calendrier suivant :
- Paris (place du Palais Royal) : les 11 et 12 mai,
- Lyon (quartier Général Frère) : le 16 mai,
- Marseille (plage du Prado) : le 19 mai,
- Montpellier (parc Montcalm) : le 23 mai,
- Bordeaux (caserne Nansouty) : le 26 mai,
- Orléans (43ème BT) : le 30 mai.
A chaque étape, une exposition interactive de 400 mètres carrés sera proposée aux visiteurs. Par le biais d’ateliers, de mises en situation, de jeux et de témoignages, l’exposition présentera notamment les différentes formes de handicap (parmi lesquels sensoriel, psychique et moteur), leurs conséquences au quotidien ainsi que les moyens de les compenser au travail.
L'entrée est ouverte à tout agent muni d'une invitation (document à télécharger en cliquant sur le nom de la ville dans l'article qui se trouve sur le site intranet du secrétariat général du ministère de la Jusitce).
Parallèlement à cette caravane, le ministère de la Justice et des libertés organisera, dans chacune des villes précitées, des formations d’une demi-journée sur le thème "Handicap, stéréotypes et évolution des mentalités" aux dates suivantes :
